Returns
Please contact us before sending back returns and we can advise on where to send them. Please email: info@thesussedit.com for info.
We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if your unsatisfied for any reason and you wish to make a return for a refund or exchange, please make sure any garment is unworn in its original condition, placed in its protective packaging and returned within 30 days.
All returns must be accompanied by documentation which quotes the original order reference number, along with a contact address (email or postal) and preferably a contact telephone number. As the purchaser, you will be responsible for all returned items until such time as they have been received by The SUSS Edit. You will be responsible for the full cost of the return postage. Original delivery costs are not refunded.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If you return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will received a confirmation email.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes, as specified in our Terms and Conditions you will have to pay your own return shipping costs.. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from your chosen provider as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Returns from outside the EU

Exchanges
If you wish to change the size and/or colour of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.
Simply contact us (email: info@thesussedit.com) and we will send you a Return Form and take you through the exchange process. As soon as we receive your return we will send your exchange item to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
Refunds
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card
Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card issuer.
PayPal
You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
