To minimise our carbon emissions, we pack and group all of our deliveries together. We then dispatch in bulk 2-3 times per week (depending on volumes).

All orders are shipped using An Post. Shipping starts from €5 (Ireland), €10 for UK & Europe and €15 for the rest of the world.  

We aim to deliver all goods ordered through thesussedit.com in 5 working days within Ireland and 7 days in the UK and Europe. For purchases outside of these locations please allow 10-12 working days.

Our carrier provider usually delivers Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. Please contact info@thesussedit.com if you have any questions about your order.

For pre-orders, the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in the warehouse.

Please Note: All orders are processed automatically so unfortunately we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. Our warehouse does not operate on certain public holidays.
